The Diva was spotted exiting an OB/GYN Office in Los Angeles. There was even a slip of paper, similar to the one actress Minnie Driver was seen carrying during her pregnancy at the same clinic. Witnesses claim that it was a sonogram and that her entourage was cheering; while MC was just beaming. Only time or weight gain will tell.
